 MICHAEL E. RUSH Michael E. Rush is Managing Partner of DAL Partners. He has over 30 years of experience in the human resources profession. He began his career with Chase Manhattan Bank as a member of its Management Development program. His human resources career includes experience with N.L. Industries, Bristol-Myers Squibb/Clairol, Equitable Financial Companies, and The Readers Digest Association, Inc. From 1986 to 1992, he was Vice President, Human Resources for Equitable Financial Companies and a member of its Management Committee. Most recently, he was the senior human resources executive for Readers Digest - USA, reporting to its President and serving as a member of the U.S. Management Committee. Mike attended the Harvard Graduate School of Business, Advanced Management Program in 1988. He earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting at St. Johns University and his Masters in Counseling at the University of Bridgeport. He served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. A former member of the U.S. Business and Industry Roundtable, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Southern Connecticut Society of Human Resource Management, the Urban League of Southwestern Fairfield County and The Stamford Commerce and Industry Regional Governance Committee. He is past President of the Alumni Board of Directors of St. Johns University, College of Business Administration. Mike and Dr. Mary Rush, his wife, live in Fairfield, CT.
