ALLISON J. RUBELI


Allison J. Rubeli is Executive Vice President and Partner of DAL Partners.  She has over 30 years of broad based human resource experience.

Most recently, Allison was Vice President of Clairol Worldwide, a former Division of Bristol-Myers Squibb and now Procter & Gamble.  In this capacity she reported to the President and was a member of the Operating Committee responsible for both domestic and international human resource functions and community relationships.  She also served as a member of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Human Resources Planning Committee.  Allison was with Clairol for over 25 years and has a broad range of skills in recruiting, creating multi-functional teams, leadership development and change management.

Prior to Clairol, she was with Citibank, leading its college and professional recruiting functions.  Her career began at Continental Can Company where she was involved in the Corporate Management Development and Recruitment Office, as well as directing the management development and training functions for a 20-plant corrugated container division.

Allison earned her undergraduate degree in History from the College of New Rochelle.  She has served in fund raising capacities for the College as an alumna and as Chairperson, led the Tri-State United Way campaign for Bristol-Myers Squibb.  Allison is a member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Hope in Darien, CT.  She resides in New Canaan, CT.
